I think it is very cool when non-malay people can speak malay really well. I mean like really well. Like seriously well. Okay, exaggerating. Because I have this one Chinese friend who can speak malay very well. You know how non-malay and malay speak malay right? The differences.
The Malays : ‘Asal kau x tdo lagi?’
Non-malays : ‘Kenape u x tdo lagi?’
Dude, that Chinese fella even text me malay style. You know, those short forms we use like ‘skrg’ or *thinking* whatever it is. But hey, it’s cool yo.
